Oh hey

Hi, I’m Saiya. Here in sunny California, I’m stepping into college life with big dreams to one day work in pediatric anesthesiology. My roots are a mix of American vibrance and Punjabi tradition, something I’m learning to weave into my identity more each day, especially as I delve into the teachings of Sikhism that bring a sense of peace and direction to my path.

College is a whole new world, one filled with late-night study sessions, community service projects, and lots of self-discovery. I’m here to share the honest ups and downs of that journey. No sugar-coating, just the real stuff – the successes, the lessons, and everything in-between.

I used to define myself as an athlete, but life’s about change and adaptation. Now, I’m channeling my competitive spirit into new challenges, including some I never expected, like beauty pageants. It’s been about learning to pivot and find new ways to push forward. Sikhism has given me a quiet strength in these changes, helping me to see each new chapter as a step forward.

So, this is my story – the good, the rough edges, the growth. It’s about tackling college, embracing change, and sharing the simple yet profound insights from my life.

Welcome to my slice of the internet, OhHeySaiya. Here’s to keeping it real and figuring it out together.
